Who is Crispy Square Pizza Co?
The Machado family has operated a pizza food truck for the past 6 years – first as Phoenix Rising Pizza and later as Crispy Square Pizza Co. As far as the pizza, we know that it all comes down to the dough. There are no shortcuts here, a cold and long fermentation process are what allow us to make these airy pillows of deliciousness.
